Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

The Sr. Sales Specailist for Cytiva is responsible for overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals leveraging all of the Cytiva account team. Owns the overall customer relationship across the account.

This position is part of the Genomic Medicine Sales team located in Hangzhou and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

Represent Cytiva and act as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territory for specific Genomic Medicine segment.

Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account.

Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations. 

Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities. 
Develop and maintain understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and knowledge of competitive products and services.
Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization.  
Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed.
Accountable for overall account success, and growth, leveraging Cytiva customer account team. 
Accountable to drive overall design-in account strategies, aligned with Sales Specialists on technical Design in projects.


Who you are:

Sales technique including cross selling, upselling, value positions, solution selling and funnel management.
Act as a pivot for all Cytiva business units.
Territories sales planning.
DBS growth tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant field.
2-3 years commercial experience must be from Biotechnology industry.
