Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • No prior recruitment experience is necessary; we offer comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with online recruiting tools and platforms is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
