Job description

Sales Development Representative / Customer Success Specialist, new job opening for our small not long ago recent start up client whose customers are mostly based in the USA (and Europe).

This would suit an individual who has:

- previous new business sales customers / clients experience enrolling them onto an online training course with 1-2-1 coaching and paid group communities membership 

- several years sales / business development / account management experience with excellent ability to learn product knowledge, build rapport, listen, influence, persuade, close

- been a patient of hormone therapy; in particular had success from micro analysis, and precision, personalised guidance relating to food, hydration, exercise, sleep, lifestyle and natural supplements rather than being only pharmacological. Maybe HRT has failed or not provided the desired benefits

- happy to work on inbound sales calls and video meetings with potential customers who have applied online for a hormone test (inbound sales representative/account manager skills rather than cold calling/outbound)

- ok with customer meetings all day but in particular p.m. UK time / USA time zone

- a background in health sales / business development in any of an online Doctor's clinic, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, medical - this is non-pharma and is focused on natural healing and optimisation of health and wellness 

- we anticipate 50%+70% of all inbound applications will convert to sales at the end of your first consultative call/meeting so this is low volume high quality enrolment and onboarding to being a paying member in a community and 4 month course with specialist advice from a health practitioner in 1-2-1 and 1-2-1 many group meetings 

- circa £40K-£60K compensation including bonus plus benefits with huge potential to grow year of year both your compensation and position within the company

- remote home office virtual team (CEO/COO in the London time zone however you'll mostly be working late morning and afternoons and early evenings on the job)
