In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct executive support in all day-to-day operations of the executive's office while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for providing direct policy and communication support, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, managing and prioritizing calendars and emails, liaising with board members and completing boardroom administration tasks. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing all correspondences, tracking expenses, and handling special projects. Responsibilities include: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence with professionalism and high attention to detail; Organize and attend meetings, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action items to facilitate effective communication and decision-making; Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefs to ensure executives are well-prepared for engagements. Arrange and coordinate travel plans for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Qualifications: You have 5+ years of experience providing high-level support to C-Suite executives and have flexible working hours to attend meetings as required; You work well under pressure to meet frequent and competing deadlines, and you continuously prioritize activities and objectives; You have good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and can demonstrate discretion, judgment, and initiative in dealing with internal/external stakeholders; You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive and have experience with SharePoint.
