As a Real Estate Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to property owners, sellers, and prospects to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions or sales team. You'll be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in identifying motivated sellers and interested parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in scripted conversations with potential sellers, buyers, or landlords
Gather key property and ownership information, and assess motivation to sell or buy
Set up appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales or acquisitions team
Maintain detailed notes and update CRM with call outcomes and lead information
Handle follow-ups with interested prospects to continue nurturing the lead
Report daily calling activity and results to the supervisor or team lead
Qualifications:
3+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone-based sales (real estate preferred)
Experience in real estate
Clear, confident, and friendly phone presence
Strong communication and active listening skills
Goal-oriented with a persistent and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers (e.g., Mojo, CallTools), and lead tracking tools
Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus
