Construction Industry Experience Preferred: 2.5–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the construction, home improvement, or real estate industries. Graphic Design & Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for creating eye-catching visuals, infographics, and video content. Paid Advertising Expertise: Hands-on experience managing social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimizing budgets for lead generation. Strong Writing & Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling captions, project descriptions, and promotional messages that resonate with homeowners and industry professionals. Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Experience using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media insights to measure performance and inform content strategies. Self-Starter with Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently, manage multiple social media accounts, and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Core responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development: Create and execute a results-driven social media strategy tailored to showcase construction and home improvement services, engaging homeowners and industry professionals. Content Creation & Management: Design and publish high-quality visual and video content, including before-and-after transformations, project highlights, and behind-the-scenes construction processes to attract and retain an engaged audience. Advertising & Lead Generation: Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to generate leads, promote services, and increase brand awareness. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and engage with homeowners, contractors, and industry influencers to foster relationships and build a loyal audience. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze key social media metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on data insights to enhance engagement and ROI. Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest construction and home improvement trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital marketing techniques to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
