As a Spanish Speaking Social Media Support Advisor, you will play a key role in fostering positive interactions with our clients Spanishspeaking audience.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding support to Spanishspeaking customers via various social media channels, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Monitor social media interactions to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users.
  • Engage with customers proactively to enhance their experience and satisfaction with the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure communications are consistent and aligned with the brand’s messaging.
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements to products and services.
  • Support the creation of social media content that resonates with the Spanishspeaking audience.
  • Stay informed on social media best practices and trends to provide enhanced support and insights.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience in social media support, customer service, or community management is preferred.
      • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms and their user dynamics.
      • Excellent problemsolving skills and a customeroriented approach.
      • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
      • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is advantageous.
