Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of our Adobe ecosystem, specifically Adobe Advertising Cloud (ADO), Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Adobe Workfront. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, data-driven marketing, and project management principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Adobe Advertising Cloud (ADO):
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels (search, display, social, etc.) using ADO.
• Implement and monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for
improvement.
• Develop and maintain campaign tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date with ADO features and best practices.
Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP):
• Implement and manage the Adobe CDP to unify customer data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Utilize CDP insights to personalize customer experiences and drive engagement.
Adobe Workfront:
• Administer and optimize Workfront for marketing project management.
• Develop and implement workflows, templates, and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Provide training and support to users on Workfront functionality.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Integrate Workfront with other adobe products.
General Marketing Technology:
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to integrate marketing technologies and data.
• Develop and maintain documentation for marketing technology processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Adobe ecosystem.
• Stay informed about emerging marketing technology trends and best practices.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Support marketing automation efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns using Adobe Advertising Cloud (ADO).
• Strong understanding of customer data management and experience with Adobe Customer Data
Platform (CDP).
• Experience with project management and workflow optimization using Adobe Workfront.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience with other Adobe marketing cloud products is a plus.
• Adobe certifications related to ADO, CDP, and Workfront.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
