Your team’s dynamic:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Genetec India, you will play a crucial role in building and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the Country Manager, India, and the India sales organization on targeted accounts. Generate sales-qualified leads and collaborate with the marketing organization to optimize the movement of marketing-qualified leads to sales-qualified leads. Ultimately, contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline. This position will have both Inbound and Outbound responsibility. This position is ideal for those who are motivated, highly organized, and have a passion for engaging with potential customers and who are highly driven by metrics. Your KPI will be sales qualified leads.
You will need to be comfortable with matrix management. The position involves collaborative oversight from both the Country Manager, India, and the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC. You will receive supportive supervision from the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, while ensuring alignment with the GTM strategy of the Country Manager, India.
