Our client enables millions of teams around the world to achieve their goals together, from small projects to strategic initiatives.  As a virtual assistant, you will proactively support Business leadership by providing calendar support with strong attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to promote productivity and anticipate the need to re-prioritize as appropriate 

The main responsibilities of a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT include: 

  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities including the scheduling and maintaining of 1:1 meetings, ad-hoc group meetings, and coordination for recurring team meetings.  
  • Clear communication and expectation setting with regard to a lead’s time and priorities  
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion 
  • Collaborate with other Admin and Talent Acquisition team members to provide seamless support  

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:  

  • 1-2  years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, or relatable operational experience managing and supporting multiple leaders and/or  teams 
  • Expert knowledge of GCal, Gmail 
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn Asana (our work management solution) 
  • Experience navigating multiple time zones   
  • Excellent English in verbal and written communications 
  • Professional polish and the ability to exhibit grace and composure under pressure 
  • Commitment to collaboration and teamwork 
  • Willing to work in Pacific Time
     

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements: 

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance 
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC) 
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background 
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth). 
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued) 
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO) 
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
