Job description

FX10 Partners is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster.

Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include perfecting Boolean queries and reviewing LinkedIn profiles to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails to fill the pre-screen candidate pipeline.

To be successful in this role, you should be an EXPERT in sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future placement engagements needs.

Responsibilities

- Use internal sourcing tools to look for and connect with potential candidates

- Review profiles and resumes to pre-screen candidates

- Collaborate with founding team members to identify each position’s requirements

- Build and Launch recruiting sequences to drive pipeline, send follow up LI messages to top talent and follow up with candidates

- Export candidate information from sourcing tool(s) into our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases

- Identify future needs and proactively source potential hires

- Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill

    Skills

    - 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, HR Manager or similar role

    - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software

    - Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases

    - Expertise in Boolean logic

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)

    - Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously

    -College Degree preferred but NOT required
