You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks

  • Managing income review schedules

  • Managing team member tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Desktime, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, and Coda, etc)

  • Creating documentation and processes

  • Handling confidential employer and client information

  • Developing cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
