  • Support BCBAs and RBTs by ensuring smooth scheduling operations and administrative processes.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Scheduling Coordinator

Join an ABA company operating in multiple U.S. states, including Arizona, Utah, and North Carolina, and play a key role in managing scheduling and administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage scheduling adjustments in Central Reach.
  • Monitor and respond to scheduling emails in shared inboxes.
  • Provide end-of-day reports summarizing schedule changes.
  • Occasionally answer phones when necessary.
  • Eventually assist with billing and HR tasks, including onboarding and background checks.
