2.5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience with eMarketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics. Ability to develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
Core responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and brand visibility. Create, schedule, and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and relevant content distribution. Design basic graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software for social media posts, ads, and email campaigns. Plan and execute eMarketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social media ads, and SEO-driven content. Analyze performance metrics using social media insights and Google Analytics to optimize content and improve engagement. Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to keep strategies effective and innovative. Monitor competitors’ social media activities to identify trends and opportunities. Perform standard administrative assistant functions, including data entry, document management, and scheduling. Manage and coordinate online bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations. Handle email and chat support, responding promptly to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
