As a Solutions Consultant (all genders) at TradeLink, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our prospects and customers have a customized and impactful experience with our platform. You will work at the intersection of product, integrations, automation, and customer success, bridging the gap between Go-To-Market (GTM) and R&D teams to create scalable solutions that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.

Support Sales & Customer Success by acting as the go-to product expert in deal processes.
Pitch customized TradeLink demos tailored to complex customer logistics processes.
Develop and present API & integration use cases to prospects and customers, ensuring seamless platform connectivity.
Lead API integration projects, enabling smooth adoption and driving customer stickiness.
Advise on platform testing, automation, and third-party connectivity, helping customers unlock the full potential of TradeLink.
Collaborate with GTM teams to create scalable methods for deep product testing and integrations.
Provide insights to the product team, acting as a key stakeholder in refining TradeLinkās functionalities.
āļø WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Proven experience in logistics technology or SaaS implementations, ideally in logistics consulting, EDI/integration projects, or IT-driven process automation.
Background in EDI, API integrations, or process automation, preferably.
Experience working with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development.
Track record of leading customer-facing projects, such as integration deployments, system automation, or technical solution consulting.
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, or automation tools is a strong plus.
Excitement about solving technical challenges and constantly testing new approaches.
Great communication skills in German and English
