Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Italianspeaking clients, providing insights on product solutions that support their business objectives.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored product offerings based on their specific needs.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and improve the overall client experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm partnerships.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive products to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Assist clients in the implementation of product solutions and address any queries they may have.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Proven experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in product advisory, sales, or customer support.
      • Strong understanding of product solutions, software, and market trends in the digital space.
      • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
      • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
      • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
