Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD (Base) + Performance-Based Incentives up to $1,000

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a driven, high-potential Sales Development Representative professional to help grow our newsletter and media sponsorship pipeline. This role is about more than just selling, it's about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving long-term partnerships. If you have grit, urgency, and the ambition to become a future sales leader, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for starter and mid-tier sponsors, including inbound outreach, sales calls, follow-ups, proposals, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Support VIP sponsor sales by managing proposals, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy, identifying new sponsor opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Monitor competitor sponsor activity and report insights.
  • Maintain the sales CRM (ClickUp) and contribute to process improvements.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and leverage AI tools where possible.
  • Qualify leads and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing and former sponsors.
  • Assist with sponsor reporting and ad copy management.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of strong sales background with proven success in closing deals (preferably in B2B or enterprise sales).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM tools and automation software.
  • Ability to think strategically and suggest process improvements.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • B2B media sales experience.
