About the role.
We are looking for a highly growth-driven email-focused marketer to lead our Customer Relationship Management & Engagement efforts. Reporting into the VP of Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing email and SMS strategies to drive growth across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on both pre-purchase acquisition and post-purchase engagement. Leveraging email expertise, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales to develop and execute best-in-class marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with responsibilities split between new customer acquisition (70%) and post-purchase engagement (30%), which may vary based on business needs.
