Team

With the goal of becoming the World’s No. 1 Email Marketing Agency in the next 2 years, you’ll be working in an environment of hyper-growth.

Our founders, Nishant and Sushant Yadav (brothers to an advantage), started Optimite on Fiverr, serving over 2,000 brands globally in the last 5 years. They’ve collaborated with the leadership teams of some of the largest brands and digital agencies across the US and Europe.

About The Role

As an Email Marketing Associate, you will execute and optimize email campaigns for top eCommerce brands, collaborating with designers, content specialists, and account managers to drive conversions.

We seek a proactive, results-driven team player with an ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to learn new tools.Your role will be crucial in scaling email marketing while prioritizing engagement and retention.

What will you do?

Your role will focus on three main areas: Campaign Execution (50%), Optimization & Analytics (30%), and Innovation & Compliance (20%).

  • Work closely with designers, content writers, and account managers to develop engaging email campaigns.
  • Error-proof work: Ensure all campaigns are free from typos, broken links, formatting issues, and design inconsistencies.
  • Attention to detail: Double-check subject lines, preview text, personalization tags, and all dynamic content.
  • Brand consistency: Maintain consistent tone, voice, and design in line with each client’s brand guidelines.
  • Proactive quality control: Catch potential issues before they go live — test emails across devices.
  • Own the process: Take full responsibility for final checks, ensuring that every campaign is polished and client-ready.
  • Documentation mindset: Maintain clear notes or checklists to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Assist in setting up, launching, and managing email marketing campaigns across different platforms.
  • Segment and personalize email content using customer data and behavioral triggers.
  • Execute automated email sequences such as welcome series, cart abandonment reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.

  • Conversion Rate - To evaluate how well campaigns drive actual sales or desired actions.
  • Revenue per Email (RPE) - To tie email performance directly to revenue impact.

  • Subject lines
  • Email design and layout
  • Call-to-action placement
  • Personalization approaches

  • Develop segmentation performance reports to understand how different customer segments respond to campaigns and flows.
