The Creative Manager plays a key role in elevating visual identity and maintaining consistency across all creative touchpoints for a portfolio of brands.

Summary:
The Creative Manager provides strategic leadership and high-level oversight for the company’s creative direction, ensuring all designs align with the brand’s identity and business goals. This role focuses on setting creative direction, approving and refining creative concepts, working closely with designers, marketers, third party agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and cohesive visual solutions. As the steward of the company’s creative vision, the Creative Manager ensures that all creative outputs resonate with target audiences and support organizational objectives.

By providing work product approvals and strategic guidance, this position ensures that creative assets effectively communicate each brand’s value, voice, and drives engagement. The Creative Manager's leadership supports cohesive storytelling, strengthens customer connections, and enhances the company’s market position.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Define the creative direction for all marketing and design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives for a portfolio of brands
Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and campaigns developed by the design team and external partners
Provide strategic feedback and direction to ensure all creative assets achieve strategic objectives, are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and audience-relevant
Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and sales teams to align creative initiatives with overarching company strategies and sales enablement goals
Lead the creative ideation process, offering high-level input and refining concepts for maximum impact
Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards by managing workflows and setting clear expectations
Stay informed of design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to inspire and enhance the team’s work
Serve as the final decision-maker on creative outputs, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and resonate with target audiences and each brand
Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed, providing oversight and direction to maintain consistency and quality
Advocate for innovation and creativity across the organization, fostering a culture that values exceptional design
Willingness and ability to take on larger design projects and work as needed to support demand within department.

Skills/Experience Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
5+ years of experience in creative direction, digital marketing, or a related role
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in managing creative processes and producing digital assets
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design principles
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in digital marketing
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with analytics tools to measure creative performance and inform decisions
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to feedback and evolving priorities
