Job description

Job Role: The Senior Product Marketing Manager will spearhead our go-to-market strategies, ensuring our new products reach the market and succeed against competitors. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in launching SaaS products and crafting original marketing content.

We are looking for a leader who is ready to take full ownership of our product marketing efforts from the ground up. If you are up to the challenge and you meet the above criteria, we would be excited to hear from you.

Offer: Php 80,000 + HMO after 6 months

Workload: 40 hrs per week

Work Set-up: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that effectively position our SaaS products in the market.
  • Content Leadership: Lead the ideation and creation of marketing content using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini, ensuring content is compelling and directly aligned with market needs.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Create/maintain a competitive chart to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis, which will inform strategic decisions and product positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and sales teams to align product features and market messaging.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Monitor product marketing and go-to-market effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels to gather insights, testimonials, and customer feedback that inform product and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Expertise in using AI-driven content creation tools for marketing purposes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead marketing strategy and content creation from conception through execution.
