Job description

This is a remote position.

E-Commerce Specialist

Join a fast-growing office products brand with a strong presence on Amazon across the U.S., Canada, UK, and Europe. In this critical role, you'll take ownership of the product catalog—ensuring listings are accurate, optimized, and up to Amazon's exacting standards. If you're a master of Amazon Seller Central and love untangling listing errors, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:
  • Create and manage product listings in Amazon Seller Central using flat file uploads.
  • Ensure accurate input of product data such as SKUs, ASINs, titles, variations, dimensions, and keywords.
  • Troubleshoot listing errors using knowledge of Amazon error codes, flat file templates, and Seller Support.
  • Confirm successful new uploads and review and update legacy listings with extra caution to ensure accuracy in images, language, product families, and to avoid overwriting or deleting valuable data.
  • Coordinate listings across international marketplaces including US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
  • Collaborate closely with the manager to maintain catalog accuracy and integrity.
Who You'll Work With:

Work closely with your manager, a catalog expert who will guide and support your onboarding and performance. You’ll be part of a small, focused team that values deep Amazon knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Amazon Expertise: Minimum 2+ years working specifically with Amazon catalog and Seller Central with experience handling flat file templates for single and variation listings with confidence.
  • Error Troubleshooter & Resourceful: Proficient in identifying and resolving common Amazon catalog error codes. For rare or complex issues, knows when to escalate to a manager while continuing to take initiative in seeking a resolution independently through research (forums, Amazon documentation).
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with product data entry, especially when managing variation families and international SKUs.
  • Multi-Marketplace Awareness: Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces in the EU, UK, and North America preferred but not required.
  • Self-Sufficient: Doesn’t require hand-holding—can take ownership of the process from upload to live listing.
Why Join Us?
  • Impact: Your work directly affects our visibility, sales, and customer experience across the globe.
  • Culture: Join a highly motivated, expert-level team that values problem-solvers and independence.
  • Benefits:
    • Enjoy preset salary growth and weekly salary payments.
    • 100% work-from-home flexibility.
Work Details:
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 hours per day; flexible, but training is from 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Standard Time
  • Employment Type: Full-time
