The Role

Our HR team is dedicated to creating a fair, engaging, and transparent workplace that balances the needs of the business with the well-being of our global workforce. We are seeking a talented and strategic Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our global initiatives and ensure our offerings remain competitive and equitable across all regions. Reporting directly to the SVP, Human Resources, the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs aligned with our company's strategic goals. This role will oversee the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent globally. The ideal candidate will bring analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to drive impactful compensation and benefits strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and manage global compensation structures, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners and leadership to ensure compensation packages align with business goals and employee engagement strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to maintain competitive positioning for all roles globally, ensuring equitable pay practices.
  • Manage annual compensation reviews, bonus plans, and equity programs in partnership with Finance and HR leadership.
  • Oversee compliance with local regulations, ensuring all compensation and benefits programs adhere to regional labor laws.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on offer development and market competitiveness.
  • Drive global benefits harmonization while recognizing the need for localized flexibility.
  • Develop communication materials to educate employees about compensation structures and benefits offerings.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of current programs and recommend enhancements that support employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of compensation and benefits initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a global role.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation trends, pay equity, and benefits design.
  • Proven experience conducting market analysis and managing compensation cycles.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex and diverse cultural environments.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation benchmarking tools.

Nice To Have

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CCP, GRP).
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with managing benefits across North and South America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
