Job description

Role Overview:

At Signant Health, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way clinical trials are conducted. We are currently seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support both internal and external customers, ensuring that electronic devices are managed effectively throughout the operational process in client site management of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Management: Oversee the accurate creation and clarity of information for teams within the configuration centre.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in project kick-off meetings and client calls to ensure smooth operation and communication.
  • Client Services Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client services queries and coordinate with team members to address these queries promptly.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Generate internal export documentation and order printed materials as directed by client services.
  • Shipment Management: Collaborate with client services and external service providers to manage and communicate any shipment delays.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement continual improvement practices within the Customer Operations area.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as required to support the team and client needs.

Decision Making and Influence:

  • Client Expectations: Manage client expectations regarding device shipments and inventory.
  • Financial Accountability: Influence financial accountancy practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Best Practices: Guide the team in adopting and maintaining best practices to exceed customer expectations.

Essential:

  • Commitment to health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Minimum education requirement: GCSE (UK)/ High School diploma (US) or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service setting.
  • Background in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with the import/export of pharmaceuticals or electronic devices.
