Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (MST)

About the Company:

Dedicated to delivering high-quality operational support for field services. Our team manages a wide range of field-related tasks, from contractor coordination to equipment monitoring, ensuring smooth operations across various locations.

Position Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing field services operations, ensuring adherence to service agreements, and supporting contractors and technicians. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Compliance:

  • Conduct service orientations and ensure contract compliance.
  • Manage audits, temporary contractors, and project tracking.


Communication & Support:

  • Handle daily emails, calls, and customer service inquiries.
  • Coordinate with HR on field technician hiring and issues.


Finance & Inventory:

  • Review invoices, approve payments, and manage supply orders.
  • Submit invoicing data to bookkeeping.


Documentation & Process Improvement:

  • Maintain records, update job procedures, and coordinate system updates.
  • Support workflow design, research, and special projects.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and database management.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience in field services, contractor management, or process improvement.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Windows-based systems (Windows 10 or newer).
