Position Overview

The Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving growth by building and nurturing relationships with brokers, agencies, partners, and clients. This role is designed to prospect, pitch, and close sales opportunities, representing Virtue Health at workshops, conferences, and events. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect brokers, agencies, and partners for 2+ hours daily, making 30-60 outbound calls, emails, or voicemails to pre-qualified leads.

  • Conduct product demos and prepare for meetings with prospective clients.

  • Lead RFQ case review calls and close quotes to meet monthly sales targets.

  • Attend events, conferences, and workshops to engage and close deals in person.

  • Communicate Virtue Health’s value proposition, differentiating from competitors.

  • Manage and update leads in CRM, documenting key insights post-meetings.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize processes.

Present proposals and address complex client concerns with leadership support.

  • Make 30-60 daily outbound contacts to pre-qualified leads.

  • Conduct regular product demos and client presentations.

  • Close RFQ quotes and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Represent Virtue Health at industry events to build relationships and close deals.

  • Document and track leads and insights accurately in the CRM.

  • Address client challenges effectively, showcasing Virtue Health’s value proposition.

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • Build a sales pipeline with at least 50 qualified prospects by the end of 90 days through daily prospecting and outreach activities.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by closing a minimum of 5 deals per month within the first 90 days.

  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge by achieving a 90% or higher score on a product knowledge assessment by the end of the first 60 days.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales.

  • 2+ years of experience in the Stop-loss/self-funding insurance industry.

 

Salary and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, along with Individual+Company performance bonuses and commissions. Our compensation structure is designed to reflect that increased responsibility, results, and leadership drive higher pay within our organization.
