Job description

  • You will be responsible for writing about our products and related domains and attract potential audiences to our website and convert as customers.
  • Develop and maintain an easy-to-understand user interface guides, online help, setup manuals, release notes, troubleshooting guides, FAQs and other technical content.
  • Understand and stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product
  • Write script for video tutorials
  • Optimize content following SEO best practices


Requirements
  • Experience in internet-based products and familiarity with web development
  • Experience in working with content management or eCommerce systems preferred
  • Able to understand complex tech concepts and translate those into simple, concise content
  • Excellent writing skills with basic knowledge in HTML/CSS
  • Experience in product documentation, user manual creation, API documentation is a must
