As the SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, HYPERSCALE EMEA (M/F/D), your role will be instrumental in driving growth, optimizing customer relationships, and ensuring Dura-Line becomes the “Vendor of Choice” in the Data Center sector. You’ll manage large accounts, build strategic partnerships, and lead the execution of robust sales processes to achieve both short- and long-term success.

LOCATION: Europe (remote)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level customers, ensuring Dura-Line is the trusted partner and leading supplier in the Data Center market.
  • Lead and coach commercial teams, ensuring the best customer experience and fostering a continuous evolution of service and business development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, aligning sales efforts to meet medium and long-term goals.
  • Leverage internal teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Solution Architects, to support sales efforts and optimize customer pipelines.
  • Work strategically with customers to drive innovation, providing new solutions and ways to meet their unique needs.
  • Analyze customer needs, develop long-term relationships, and manage a robust customer governance model.
  • Foster relationships with industry leaders and partners to stay ahead of market trends, technology, and innovation.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in large account management, particularly within the Data Center market and Hyperscale customers.
  • Knowledge of conduit, micro duct, and cable installation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, with experience in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve excellence through people.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and high-level problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing and building relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Energetic, resilient, results-oriented, with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and integrity.
  • Excellent command of English.
