Job Description

As part of the Operational Finance team, you will oversee a department specializing in suppliers’ payments. Your role is highly strategic and has a dual purpose:


  • Actively contributing to LittleBig Connection's international growth.
  • Being a key player in evolving our business model.


Your missions


  • Manage the invoicing process (order to cash / account receivable) for a client portfolio, including validating sales invoices, purchase orders, and activity reports.
  • Handle follow-ups with clients and suppliers on invoicing-related queries.
  • Oversee the accounts payable process for service providers (procure to pay).
  • Ensure the accuracy of operational billing and payment processes, including invoicing tool configurations and billing information.
  • Execute accounting entries related to the invoicing and payment process.
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with key clients.
  • Adapt billing requirements to country-specific and client-specific needs.
  • Resolve key client issues and complaints, including invoice disputes and credit note generation.
  • Analyze and anticipate key account changes and improvements.
  • Facilitate communication between key clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, including billing, margin, and recovery tracking.


Your profile


  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 Years of experience, accounts receivable or accounts payable accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sidetrade, GIT, Kyriba, and Zendesk is a plus.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
