About Our Client

Our client is a U.S.-based organization specialized in legal services dedicated to advancing immigrant rights and ensuring legal access for underserved communities. They collaborate with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and public sector organizations to amplify efforts to support immigrants in navigating legal challenges and securing their rights.

They are seeking a Hispanic and Latino Advocacy Manager to help strengthen advocacy initiatives, deepen relationships with key stakeholders, and expand their network of partners committed to social justice and immigrant rights.

If you have experience in advocacy, working with immigrant rights organizations, or supporting community-driven efforts for policy change, and you're passionate about fostering collaboration for systemic change—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and public institutions focused on immigrant rights and legal access.
  • Lead and support community outreach initiatives, including organizing events, educational campaigns, and pro bono legal services programs.
  • Represent the organization in advocacy meetings, policy discussions, and forums related to immigration and legal reform.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships are aligned with ongoing advocacy campaigns, public awareness efforts, and systemic change goals.
  • Manage partnership-driven initiatives, ensuring collaboration is effective and that measurable impact is achieved.
  • Track and report on partnership engagement and advocacy outcomes to inform strategy and improve outreach efforts.

Is This You?

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit, advocacy, community engagement, or policy-driven initiatives.
  • Strong network within immigrant rights organizations, advocacy groups, or public sector entities.
  • Deep commitment to social justice and a passion for increasing access to legal resources for immigrant communities.
  • Comfortable engaging in public speaking and representing an organization in advocacy and policy settings.
  • Experience in program coordination, relationship management, or strategic collaboration with NGOs is a plus.
