Description

Join the Everi team as a Customer Experience Advocate and enhance your expertise in compliance, casinos, and instructional techniques. You'll broaden your industry knowledge, enrich your customer service skills, and contribute to our Everi family. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who adheres to compliance rules and regulations.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage company training programs, ensuring positive customer experiences and compliance with business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop course content specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer support during hardware and software deployment and installation.
  • Deliver post-implementation training services, including webinars, curriculum development, and ongoing support.
  • Assist internal teams and customers with utilization, application configuration, user access, and system security for new installations and upgrades.
  • Prepare and review lesson plans, course documentation, and materials for accuracy and relevance.
  • Deliver on-site and online training to internal and external customers on company products.
  • Coordinate training timelines, requirements, and agendas with customers prior to installation.
  • Build relationships and represent the company with clients and business partners.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to travel up to 85% to casino sites for training.
  • Public speaking and relationship-building experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Hunger for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Desire for mentorship and professional development.
  • Excitement for training and mentoring others.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of casino/gaming operations a plus.
  • Eagerness to build valuable connections within the industry.
  • Understanding the importance of strictly adhering to compliance rules and regulations, ensuring all activities meet legal and organizational standards.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions ,depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,000 - $68,000 annually.
