About the Role This role sits at the heart of the company's performance marketing efforts, covering paid media, email, SMS, app, and organic social media.
Plan and execute social media, email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
Manage digital assets, CRM segmentation, and optimise landing pages throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Maintain marketing calendars and support campaign launches.
Support budget tracking and reconciliation of paid media spend to ensure accurate reporting.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure social and email content aligns with campaign objectives.
Assist in briefing and coordinating deliverables from external paid partners, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
Assist with campaign launches, including testing email templates, reviewing ad previews, and checking campaign links.
Compile and analyse data for weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports.
About You:
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with CRM and social media scheduling tools.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
