About the Role

We are looking for talented, passionate and motivated individuals that have an entrepreneurial mindset to join our fast growing channel team as a Strategic Channel Director. This role is central to our strategy execution, with a sharp focus on engagement with Large Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). As a strategic hunter, your mission will be to implement our established channel strategy, fostering strategic relationships and driving market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Implementation: Execute the existing channel strategy targeted at Large MSSPs, aligning with the company’s goals and revenue ambitions.  
  • Strategic Hunting: Actively seek out and engage potential Large MSSP partners, spearheading new business avenues and broadening our market footprint.  
  • Sales Enablement: Equip Large MSSPs with essential resources, training, and support to effectively promote and sell our cyber security solutions.  
  • Market Analysis and Insight: Continually analyze the cyber security domain, focusing on trends, opportunities, and challenges relevant to Large MSSPs.  
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of strategy execution, advocating for adjustments and enhancements as needed.  
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to strategy execution and market penetration.  
  • Brand Representation: Act as a company ambassador at industry events and conferences, positioning Coro as a leader in cyber security for Large MSSPs.  
  • Feedback Integration: Systematically gather and incorporate feedback from Large MSSPs to refine the channel strategy and product offerings.  
  • Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth through strategic implementation and robust management of relationships with Large MSSPs.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in ongoing development and refinement of the channel strategy.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of successfully working with Large MSSPs and implementing channel strategies that drive business growth.  
  • Deep understanding of the cyber security market, especially regarding Large MSSPs. 
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
