Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Virtual Administrative Receptionist with excellent communication skills, native English proficiency, and experience in sales or property management. The ideal candidate will possess C1 level communication skills and will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual front desk.

Job Title: Administrative Receptionist

Location: Fully remote (Work from home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors via phone and email with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the virtual reception area, ensuring it is organized and efficient.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and update client and property databases.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual company events and meetings.
  • Support the sales team with client communication and follow-ups.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Native English proficiency with C1 level communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Experience in sales or property management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
