Position: Admin Support Specialist

Location: Central Luzon

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As An Admin Support Specialist, You Are Responsible For

  • Organize, maintain, and update employee records and data.
  • Take incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Update internal databases (e.g., records, sick or maternity leave etc.)
  • Prepare office documents, like contracts, memos etc.
  • Enforces company policies.
  • Liaise with external partners, like suppliers, insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
  • Answer employees’ queries about any company or process related issues
  • Assist every department by providing relevant information.
  • Arrange travel accommodation and process expense forms.

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience admin support and customer service
  • Admin Support, Data Entry, Rostering/Scheduling, Gathering Data, Database Management
  • Onboarding & Offboarding support
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365 or any CRM software.
  • High attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new software and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Honest, reliable, proactive, with a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Someone who is not afraid to ask questions, has initiative.
  • Can work on time-critical tasks, multi-task, and adhere to the deadlines.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable, MYOB experience would be an advantage.
  • Healthcare background would be an advantage.
