The Applications Trainer is responsible for training and supporting Oncology professionals in the effective use of Elekta Software & Hardware. Main responsibilities include on-site classroom or remote training.
Applications Trainers are tasked with ensuring thatour internal and external customers receivefirst class training and clinical support, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent Applications trainings to customers, colleagues, and distributors.
Successfully deliver on-site, classroom or remotetrainings of Elektaproducts as planned.
Ensure that our internal and external customers receive firstclass training and clinical support related to Elektasolutions, driving Customer Satisfaction and NPS.
Values: Incorporate Elektavalues and quality systems into alldepartment functions and responsibilities
Communicate openly and effectively withTraining Manager, Business Line Leaders, Salesand Project management Teams. Provide relevant information from customers to them if needed.
PRE-TRAINING:
Complete product qualification processes on timeas planned.
Commitment with eLearning’s and qualification processfor new products or new releases.
Complete all necessary training preparation.
Manage all sitepreparation and documentation of onsite or remote training per established guidelines.
Frequently check theschedule of trainings and conduct planning travel in accordance with company policies.
POST TRAINING:
Actively manage customer evaluation and surveys to monitor trendsin student performance and satisfaction.
Reporting-Response: Complete triparrangements, expenses report and time tracking reportsand in a timely and professional manner.
Work within companygoals and financial budgets assigned to the department.
Follow global procedures, complete reports of theiractivities at the end of training, send customer certificates and survey link and complete the work order in CLM.
Capture customer needsrelating to training and/or product performance.
Complete reports on of theiractivities on CLMby the end of training.
Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to driveNPS and Customer Satisfaction.
SALES/MARKETING:
Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, OF,R&D and international colleagues.
Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, andseminars, when required.
Prepare presentations and training material. Deliver speeches, presentations, advertised sessions in medical congress.
Sales Assistance: Assistwith occasional remoteor onsite software and/or hardware demonstrations to assist in necessary sales situations.
SUPPORT:
Provide assistance to the regional support team pertaining to escalated customer calls.
Provide support withopened cases to customers whennot traveling for training.
Decide technically the action to be takento solve the problems of your dailyactivities and taks.
Qualifications-
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Employees must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language.
Bachelor’s degree in physics, Medical Physics, Radiation Therapy, Radiology Technology, Biomedical or equivalent.
Clinical experience and background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of its clinical workflow.
Working knowledge/understanding of Elekta and or OIS products and clinical experience using Elekta products highly preferred.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills (read, write, verbal)
Bilingual: other language such as Portuguese and or Spanish (read, write, verbal)
Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to interact with customers effectively (via phone and face-to-face).
Intercultural experience desirable.
Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group).
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time which exceptionally could include weekends or holidays.
Valid national driver’s license, passport and yellow fever vaccine required.
