• Complete pre-build and post-build checklists
• Maintain insurance certificates and compliance checks
• Organize photo app with marked before-and-after photos
• Provide job status updates to clients
• Assist in moving CRM to Excel/Cloud Storage and organizing CRM
• Answer phone calls and manage scheduling
• Use ChatGPT to generate social media posts (create prompts and publish content)
• Build evidence files for insurance (outline damages, compile pictures)
• Annotate documents and log roof measurements in take-off sheets
• Write estimates based on pictures (training provided)
• Follow up with clients at 24, 48, and 72-hour marks via calls
• Organize compliance and tax reports
• Monitor weather conditions and report potential impacts on schedules
