We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Administrative & Social Media Coordinator to support our operations. This role will assist with administrative tasks, payroll processing, supplier invoices, and social media management on our company LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where change is the only certainty.
Compensation: 540AUD/month (paid twice a month),
Schedule: Mondays to Friday 10:00 am to 3:00pm Sydney Time (7:30am to 12:00pm Manila Time (24hrs/week)
Availability: Start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management - Plan and schedule LinkedIn posts in advance to maintain a consistent online presence.
Payroll Processing - Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using MYOB.
Administrative Support - Assist the wider team with essential administrative tasks.
Supplier Invoices - Process and manage supplier invoices efficiently.
Quality & Compliance Oversight - Identify and rectify incorrect times, parts usage, or incomplete jobs. Ensure expenses are recorded accurately.
Communication & Collaboration - Work closely with the admin team and l eadership to complete core tasks (Big Rocks) and align with company objectives.
Skills & Experience
Experience with MYOB, SimPro, Microsoft SharePoint, and Teams (or the ability to quickly learn these platforms).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in administrative support, payroll, or social media management is preferred.
The candidate must be proficient in the following tools:
