Job description

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor user reviews
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Area: Outreach
  • Design, implement and execute a strategic business plan using LinkedIn, to onboard and expand the company’s expert and brand base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting brand, expert relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
 
Outcomes
  • Strong focus on OKR attainment
  • Be experiment and data-driven to optimize conversion metrics
 
We’d love to hear from you if you have
  • Hands-on experience of 2 to 4 years in social media for brand awareness
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • An ability to create engaging creatives using tools like Canva
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work for long hours (when required)
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
