General Information

We need your positive contribution to challenge our way of working and to build together the electrified systems for sustainable mobility. As you will interact with many stakeholders from the international accounting team, you need to be a team player with drive to improve.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional accounting duties, involving the review of source documents used for accounting, maintenance of ledgers, registers or other records and preparation of periodic and specific financial reports in line with accounting standards and internal procedures;
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including checking and verifying invoices, booking invoices into the SAP and preparing cheques for payment;
• Check if the accounting documents related to Accounts Payable are according to the legal requirements, internal procedures and solve the inconsistencies if the case;
• Maintain historical records;
• Bookkeeping using SAP system, the data related to Accounts Payable (invoices, payments, credit notes, debit notes);
• Prepare analyses of accounts and perform monthly reports related to accounts payable activity;
• Prepare reports according to the group, audit or tax requirements for accounts payable area;
• Seeks for improvement in the accounts payable area;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor related to accounts payable area.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• University degree (eg. Economics, Finance & Banking);
• Relevant professional experience in the economical area - Accounts payable preferably;
• English - medium language skills;
• MS Office - medium;
• SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Problem solving and analytical thinking;
• Good team player.
