What your day to day will look like:

This is a fully remote role reporting into the Accounts Receivable Lead.

Data Entry; enter and upload invoices, verify work orders in Kissflow, create and organize files as required.
Job Costing; Monitor internal job costing, process paperwork and create invoices, produce spreadsheets and upload into Sage 300, investigate any issues that arise.
Vendor Payables; Code owner operator paper invoices for submission to AP for entry.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Must have 1 year Account Receivable experience.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Experience using Sage 300 preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate shifting priorities.
Great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal external stakeholders.
