Leadoo Marketing Technologies helps businesses convert more website visitors into customers with its advanced conversion platform. Following our acquisition by SALESmanago, one of Europe’s leading AI-driven marketing automation platforms, we are expanding our presence across Northern Europe.

To support this exciting growth, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive in Finland to drive demand generation and marketing activities in Finland, Scandinavia, and the UK. About the Role 💙

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of local marketing efforts in Finland, while contributing to Leadoo’s wider growth strategy across Northern Europe. You’ll work closely with our Finnish and Swedish sales teams, as well as our parent company SALESmanago, to create and execute high-impact marketing campaigns.

From demand generation and content localization to social media management and event execution, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic marketing and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

• Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth in Finland.
• Content Creation & Localization: Create, translate, and adapt marketing content for the Finnish market, ensuring it resonates with local audiences.
• Sales Enablement: Work closely with Finnish and Swedish sales teams to optimize collateral, messaging, and marketing-driven sales support.
• Social Media & Digital Content: Develop engaging visual and written content for Leadoo’s website, social media channels, and email marketing.
• Event Management: Support and manage webinars, trade shows, and marketing events across Northern Europe to strengthen our market presence.
• Strategic Expansion Support: Assist in positioning SALESmanago in the Scandinavian market through targeted campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Who are you 💙

• Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Strong content creation skills, with experience in localizing materials for Finnish audiences.
• Creative and proactive mindset—you enjoy taking ownership and driving projects from scratch.
• Experience with marketing automation, CMS, CRM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company is a plus!
