Job description

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2 pm EST
(We're looking for someone who can overlap with the UK schedule, time zones can be GMT-11 am onwards.)

Role Overview:

We are a dynamic social media and video marketing agency seeking a Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the President of the company in leading our marketing and sales endeavors. Your responsibilities will encompass various marketing and sales activities, including analysis of outcomes and adaptive adjustments to optimize our strategies.

The ideal candidate embodies a positive, fun, and ambitious personality, coupled with strong self-discipline and the ability to maintain schedules with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the President's IG and X accounts.
  • Assist in planning, booking guests, and marketing the agency's upcoming podcast.
  • Support the process of applying for press features.
  • Collaborate on creating the Hey Mr email funnel.
  • Identify relevant conferences to attend and provide assistance in setting up in-person meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Promote PR initiatives via Hey Mr social media platforms, email newsletters, blogs, etc., including podcast features and articles.
  • Extract snippets from podcasts for distribution via email and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain email lists by incorporating all contacts from interactions with Natalie, new clients, and prospects into the email list and welcome funnel.
  • Establish and manage client-only internal email communications from Natalie, reaching out to clients regularly or as required (e.g., updates on TikTok ban news).
  • Create and oversee profiles on Bark.com and Upwork.
  • Manage email newsletters and utilize HubSpot's marketing capabilities.
  • Creating blogs and other article content (e.g. for LinkedIn)

Qualifications & Skill Sets:

  • Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing
  • Genuine passion for marketing, particularly in the realm of social media.
  • Experienced in managing Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Proficient in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating engaging visual content.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and technologies.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
