Job description

Senior Marketing Specialist - Full-time, Remote


A Day in The Life:

We’re hiring an experienced, strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to setup up ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Search), landing page setup, creative setup, and email setup. You will directly set up all ads across platforms, landing pages and emails to drive our marketing campaign results. When required you will also be involved in ad and landing page optimization. You will collaborate closely with our director of marketing and manager of marketing in this role.


As a senior leader, you must be fully aligned with our top three core values:

Note: This role is not suited for someone seeking to coast or searching for a traditional "9 to 5" job. We measure success strictly by outcomes—not by effort or intentions. What you will do:

  • Setup ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Pmax and Display.
  • Set up landing pages and emails.
  • Rapid launch campaigns across platforms flawlessly and error free.
  • Ensure weekly sprints, tasks, and KPIs are consistently met.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven social media and search ad setup experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven landing page setup experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven email marketing setup experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and teams effectively in a remote work environment.
