Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Planner to support the development and execution of our marketing strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing ideas, analyze data, and develop structured marketing plan materials that align with business goals. Youll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are well-organized, data-driven, and effectively executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize marketing ideas, initiatives, and input from team members and stakeholders
Build and maintain planning documents such as marketing calendars, campaign briefs, and timelines
Run reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media insights
Assist in the development of marketing strategy presentations, pitch decks, and campaign proposals
Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign direction and positioning
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure marketing plans are actionable and clearly communicated
Support budgeting and resource planning for campaigns and events
Ensure consistency and alignment across channels, campaigns, and messaging
Monitor campaign timelines and follow up on action items to keep projects on track
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or campaign planning
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple deadlines
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
