Job description

As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts in US market. You will oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to team management, strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer engagement through comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with women over 40 in the US market, understanding their needs, preferences, and behavior patterns.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team responsible for the purchase of traffic in FB and Google ads with a budget of more than $200,000/month in the USA or Europe market.
  • Funnel Development: Built at least 3 successful funnels in different businesses with multiple stages, showcasing expertise in lead generation, product demonstration, and conversion optimization.
  • Offer Creation: Ability to craft compelling offers that incorporate key elements such as value proposition, urgency, guarantee, and bonuses, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • LTV Optimization: Implemented strategies that increased customer lifetime value (LTV) by 30% or more through targeted marketing initiatives and customer relationship management.
  • Market Research: Proficiency in planning and conducting marketing studies, audience polls, and hypothesis testing to inform decision-making and optimize sales funnels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Community Engagement: Understanding of community management principles to foster relationships with customers pre-sale, enhancing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  • PR and Influencer Marketing: Familiarity with PR campaigns and influencer marketing strategies, including contractor selection and collaboration to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Ability to develop content strategies aligned with product and audience needs, identifying value propositions and creating or curating compelling content.
  • Contractor Management: Experience in sourcing and managing contractors to achieve desired marketing outcomes efficiently and effectively.
  • Email Marketing: Proficiency in email marketing best practices, guiding an email marketer, and establishing benchmarks for success.
  • Referral Programs: Experience in building and analyzing referral programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Previous experience managing a team of more than 10 people, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Department Building: Experience in building a marketing department in a small company or startup, establishing processes, and driving growth initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Ability to develop and track performance metrics for all departments and positions, evaluating the impact of marketing efforts on overall business objectives.
  • Positioning Development: Demonstrated ability to develop positioning strategies from scratch, refining positioning based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • C1 English level proficiency.
  • B1 Russian level proficiency.
  • Track record of successful PR campaigns and influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing referral programs and achieving substantial profit growth.
  • Previous leadership experience managing a team of 10 or more marketing professionals.
  • Ability to develop and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in product positioning and market differentiation.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the relevant sector.
