Location: Remote (LATAM)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python and modern backend technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with FastAPI, Langchain, and Prompt Engineering, as well as handling data extraction and processing for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will be key in building and optimizing backend systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with various databases and payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Implement Langchain for AI-driven applications and Prompt Engineering techniques.
Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elastic Storage, and Qdrant (or other vector databases) to manage and process data efficiently.
Extract, process, and optimize data pipelines for RAG-based solutions.
Integrate and manage payment processing with Stripe.
Implement authentication and user management using Clerk.
Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in backend development using Python and FastAPI. Strong understanding of Langchain and Prompt Engineering concepts.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elastic Storage, and vector databases (Qdrant or similar).
Familiarity with data extraction and processing for AI-driven applications.
Knowledge of Stripe for payment integrations.
Experience with Clerk or similar authentication/user management solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:
