Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading Car Rental Department. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and providing exceptional service to German-speaking clients.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat support in the car rental sector.
  • Assist customers with reservations, vehicle selection, and booking modifications.
  • Address inquiries related to rental policies, vehicle availability, and pricing.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately while maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the car rental fleet and promotions to provide the best options to customers.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously and input data into the company’s systems for tracking and improvement purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or transportation sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
