Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Associate with a strong emphasis on recruitment to join Big 5 Search's team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organizational needs of clients. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for research & sourcing, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and consequently run an effective recruitment process.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging various platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client values.

Candidate and placement experience:

  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process, as well as placed candidates.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with candidates, providing updates and feedback at every stage.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing any questions or concerns professionally.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, quality of hires once placed with the client.
  • Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: recruitment or talent acquisition experience (2-8 years), sector-agnostic.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, and hiring best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Commercially minded and focused.
  • Proactive, detailed, outgoing, and curious/ready to learn new things every day.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment data.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
