Job Description:

Pipefy is currently looking for a Recruiter who can help us grow the company and find exceptional talent for our company. You will work in a dynamic environment with enormous challenges and the possibility of creating a global brand.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end processes, from alignment meetings about positions with Hiring Managers to hiring candidates;
  • Focus on positions like sales, marketing, GTM and back office. If needed, will work on technical positions like Product, Data and Design;
  • Act as a strategic partner and work closely with Business Partners to define position scope, write assertive job descriptions and carry out solid recruiting processes;
  • Give Hiring Managers regular feedback about the status of recruiting processes;
  • Propose and take ownership of a wide range of hiring methods, such as structured interviews, technical reports and behavioral questions;
  • Lead hiring processes for the Pipefy offices in Brazil and USA;
  • Participate in strategic projects in the People and Talent Acquisition area, such as market mapping.


Requirements:

  • Experience in hiring Business professionals;
  • Great communication both in Portuguese and English (you’ll need to use both on a daily basis);
  • Previous experience in SaaS or software companies;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Passion for daily recruiting operations (videocalls and resumé screenings);
  • Abilities in critical thinking and problem-solving;
  • Passion for working with analytics.
